The coworkingPA Coworking Passport Program is a collaborative initiative, powered by TCF and designed to connect and empower independently owned community focused coworking spaces across Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
By fostering a network of like-minded spaces, we’re creating new opportunities for collaboration, resource sharing, and community building.

How It Works
1. SIGN UP
Fill out our form below, and agree to the terms of the program.
2. WELCOME MEMBERS
Open your flex space to members from other participating spaces once a month. No conference rooms or private offices are included in the program.
3. SHARE THE PERK
Promote the Passport as a membership benefit that makes your space stand out, perfect for remote workers, freelancers, and frequent travelers.
Please note that submission of our directory form does not ensure your space will be included in the directory. If accepted, a welcome email will be sent to your point of contact within ten business days.

TERMS
Membership Verification:
Participating spaces must verify proof of membership from visiting members (e.g., membership card, email verification, membership invoice, receipt, Slack confirmation, or other documentation).
Flex Space Use Only:
The Passport program provides access to flex space only. Conference rooms, private offices, and other dedicated spaces are not included.
Frequency of Use:
Members may use a participating space up to one day per month, with a day pass provided by the host space.
Reciprocal Access:
By joining the Passport Program, your space agrees to allow members of other participating spaces to use your flex space up to one day per month, under the same terms.
Independent Ownership:
Only independently owned and operated coworking spaces may participate. This program is focused on supporting locally rooted, community-driven coworking spaces.
Advance Notice:
Visiting members are required to contact the host space in advance to confirm availability and any specific instructions.
Directory Inclusion:
Participating spaces will be listed in the official Coworking Passport Directory, which is shared with all member spaces and their communities.
Marketing & Promotion:
Participating spaces will be featured in marketing materials for the Passport Program. Spaces are encouraged to promote the Passport as a member benefit.
Behavior & Courtesy:
Visiting members are expected to follow the host space’s code of conduct, policies, and etiquette.
Opt-Out Policy:
Spaces may opt out of the program at any time by notifying the Coworking Passport Program team. Email coworkingpa@gmail.com to opt-out.
Program Updates:
Terms and conditions of the Passport Program are subject to periodic updates, with notice provided to all participating spaces.
By joining the Coworking Passport Program, you agree to these terms and to being part of a network that supports and celebrates independently owned coworking spaces!
